If you are interested in joining us for the UBC SMEI 2008 during the summer 2008,
please follow the instruction below:-

(1) Kindly fill the application form above
(2) Prepare a deposit of HK$5,000.00 by cheque payable to PAM Management Company
Limited;
(3) Mail the application AND the deposit to 14th Floor, Lee West Commercial
Building, 375-379 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
