Martina Smazal – Director of String Programme
Martina Smazal obtained her Bachelor of Music in Ottawa with viola teacher Jane Logan and received her Master of Music from UBC under the tutelage of Gerald Stanick. She has participated in such programs as the Boris Brott Festival and a National Youth Orchestra tour of Japan. She currently holds the assistant principal position in the Vancouver Opera Orchestra, and teaches both violin and viola.
